REFUND POLICY
At RACQIT, we aim to provide a smooth booking experience for all racquet sports events and tournaments. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings made through our website are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Failure to attend an event or withdrawal by the participant will not qualify for a refund.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event or tournament is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled by the organizer, existing bookings will be transferred to the new date.

If the new date is not suitable for the participant, a refund request can be made within 3 days of the announcement.
4. Technical Issues

If a payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not received, participants should contact us at info@racqit.com

After verification, either the booking will be confirmed, or a refund will be issued.
5. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the event after booking.
