REFUND POLICY

At RACQIT, we aim to provide a smooth booking experience for all racquet sports events and tournaments. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • All bookings made through our website are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

  • Failure to attend an event or withdrawal by the participant will not qualify for a refund.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If an event or tournament is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund of the booking fee.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days 

3. Event Rescheduling

  • If an event is rescheduled by the organizer, existing bookings will be transferred to the new date.

  • If the new date is not suitable for the participant, a refund request can be made within 3 days of the announcement.

4. Technical Issues

  • If a payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not received, participants should contact us at info@racqit.com

  • After verification, either the booking will be confirmed, or a refund will be issued.

5. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the event after booking.
